Vlog on Movement and Music

In today’s video, I talk about the challenge I have set myself until the rest of the year, which is to move to one song every day. During this challenge I also share the song I have chosen and say a bit more about my experience on Instagram Stories.

Movement and music together can be a powerful healing tool as well as a spiritual and growth practice. The idea is to connect to the body, move both your physical and energetic body and with it, any energy that might be stuck.

In the past I used it a lot to express through movement, what I was feeling in the moment. It helped me loads to deal with strong emotions such as anger and sadness. I was able to express these in an unconscious way, without involving the mind, which I can often get stuck in.
